1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your registration and attendance at the Reset & Rise workshop ("the Event") organized by Eva Wealth, a trading style of Clarus Wealth Ltd ("we", "us", "our").
By purchasing a ticket or registering interest for the Event, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. Event Details
Date: Wednesday, January 28, 2026
Time: 2:00 PM - 5:00 PM (UK Time)
Location: Central London (exact venue address provided upon ticket purchase)
Capacity: Limited to 30 attendees for an intimate, personalized experience
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the event details (date, time, location) if circumstances require. In such cases, ticket holders will be notified at least 14 days in advance.
3. Ticket Purchases
3.1 Pricing
- Early Bird Price: £45.00 (available for limited time)
- Standard Price: £79.00
All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Stripe.
3.2 Payment
Payment must be made in full at the time of booking. We accept major credit and debit cards via our secure payment processor, Stripe. Your booking is confirmed only when payment has been successfully processed.
3.3 Confirmation
Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes to the email address provided during checkout. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it. If you don't receive confirmation within 24 hours, contact us at hello@evawealth.co.uk.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
4.1 Cancellation by Attendee
If you need to cancel your attendance:
- More than 30 days before the event: Full refund minus £5 administration fee
- 14-30 days before the event: 50% refund
- Less than 14 days before the event: No refund, but you may transfer your ticket to another person (subject to our approval)
To request a cancellation or transfer, email hello@evawealth.co.uk with your booking reference. Refunds will be processed within 14 working days.
4.2 Cancellation by Organizer
We reserve the right to cancel the event due to circumstances beyond our control (force majeure), including but not limited to: natural disasters, venue unavailability, health emergencies, or insufficient bookings.
If we cancel the event:
- You will receive a full refund of your ticket price
- We will notify you at least 7 days before the event (where possible)
- We are not liable for any additional costs you may have incurred (travel, accommodation, etc.)
4.3 Ticket Transfers
Tickets may be transferred to another person up to 7 days before the event. To transfer your ticket, email us at hello@evawealth.co.uk with the new attendee's name and email address. The new attendee must meet the eligibility criteria (see Section 5).
5. Eligibility and Conduct
5.1 Age Requirement
Attendees must be 18 years or older. By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5.2 Code of Conduct
We are committed to providing a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment. All attendees must:
- Treat all participants, facilitators, and staff with respect
- Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive behavior
- Respect the confidentiality of other participants' shared experiences
- Not record audio or video without explicit permission
We reserve the right to remove any attendee who violates this code of conduct, without refund.
6. Photography and Content
Photographs and videos may be taken during the event for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to potentially appear in such materials. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us at the start of the event.
All workshop materials, handouts, and resources provided are for personal use only and remain the intellectual property of Eva Wealth and our partners. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any materials without written permission.
7. Health and Safety
Important Notice
This workshop involves gentle embodiment practices. While suitable for most people, please consult your healthcare provider if you have any health concerns.
You are responsible for your own health and wellbeing during the event. Please:
- Inform facilitators of any physical limitations or health conditions that might affect your participation
- Participate only to the extent you feel comfortable
- Take breaks as needed
- Stay hydrated and alert facilitators to any concerns
We will comply with all applicable health and safety regulations for the venue and will communicate any specific requirements (e.g., health protocols) prior to the event.
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Workshop Content
This workshop provides educational content and personal development guidance. It is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or financial advice. While Eva Wealth is an FCA-regulated firm, this workshop does not constitute regulated financial advice.
8.2 Personal Belongings
We are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the event. Please keep your valuables secure.
8.3 Liability Cap
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the event is limited to the ticket price you paid. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We are not liable for:
- Travel or accommodation expenses if the event is cancelled or rescheduled
- Any indirect, consequential, or incidental losses
- Acts or omissions of third-party venues or service providers
9. Data Protection
Your personal data will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By purchasing a ticket, you consent to us processing your data as described in the Privacy Policy.
We will use your contact information to send you event updates, reminders, and related communications. If you opted in to marketing, we may also send you information about future Eva Wealth workshops and events.
10. Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, or environmental emergencies
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
- Acts of terrorism, war, or civil unrest
- Strikes, labor disputes, or transportation disruptions
- Government orders, regulations, or venue closures
In such cases, we will endeavor to reschedule the event or offer alternative arrangements. If rescheduling is not possible, we will issue full refunds.

12. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your attendance at the event shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Significant changes will be communicated to ticket holders via email.
Your continued participation in the event after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
